whattup you all,

now i like arrested development, vintage t-shirts, NPR, self aware hip hop references, not for profit organizations, and 80's night as much as (maybe even a lil more guys) the next white person, but i also know in my heart that i am different than most other whites in my own authentic way. but how are they supposed to know that about me? i mean i have bangs and thick glasses so it gets really complicated when i try to tell ppl i have had that since i was 8 yrs old. the easiest way is THRU CREATING MY OWN PERSONAL AESTHETIC.

fashion is really important to me u guys i take it seriously. "suffer for fashion" - of montreal rly speaks 2 me. i am already kind of scrawny yall but i am considerin losin some more lbs to rly make my planned aesthetic for 2009 be really authentic. i am gonna reveal it kind of early...hopefully no patties copy me

i have been to a lot of parties and ive also been usin the internet since i could walk and i and i guess others have noticed that if u combine the two u can probably boost your popularity and you dont even need to be interesting. however, as we change ...so does the way that we wanna frame ourselves to our online networks. as technology evolves, we sumtimes even have to change things before were ready. here is the trends i have noticed in internet photography

this angle ppl thought looks rly flattering, and u dont even need to be lookin at the camera to make it work. plus there is not always soemone takin pics of u so sometimes u gotta take them urselves...

2007:
i graduated from high school so i took lots of pix like this. i didnt get mine on a street sidewalk...i think i was on some stairs or somethin, but i really respect u if u were avant-guarde enough to do this:

2008:
american apparel kind of became a trend which is thankfully dying now. if u dont know that its not cool to wear everything from american apparel anymore then i feel really sorry for u because u r renaissance. unfortunately i see lots of altdotpatties on campus who are not privy to this yet. howeva, ppl really wanted to be american apparel models so u kinda saw some of this:

whats happenin geys,

recent events have convinced me i need a bf ASAP. i dont like 2 admit this, but I am actually a rly happy person most of the time...but then i see my friends and they r fighting with their bfs a lot and i think they can experience human emotion on a level i dont even know exists. freaky rite? i just feel like my future bf needs to appreciate the same things i do like parties and...i mean i guess thats about it. am i reachin for the stars guys or is this doable?

more importantly, am i even hot enough to get a bf who can appreciate these things??? how are u supposed 2 know if youre hot or not? which way is the most accurate way to gage ur own hotness:

1. you say 'omg im sooooo fat guyz i just ate a nacho' and your friends say 'omg ur not ur so pretty'
2. u sleep with a lot of guys who are not ur bf but then dont see em again
3. u post ur pic on hotornot.com and get a hot score. is that website renaissance or is it still relevant right now?
4. you wear your bikini around town and people stare at you

also, what if it doesnt even matter totally and ppl also evaluate your personality to decide if they wanna date u or not? ive heard of some like really really quirky people doin this, but i dont think its caught on yet.

the glass ceiling

hey every1,

i will probably be updating this blog a lot because i am not in a relationship rite now so naturally i dont really have that much to do. i just want to know what love is u guys. does any one kno a cute guy who i can date that can add substance to my life? i have been checkin missed connections religiously (not that im religious...not to offend those who are lol..thats cool if you are tho...) but no luck so far.

the other day i was just thinkin bout how its a mans world out there and i really have to fight for my rights basically all of the time. how many calories do u guys think that burns? i am in the business school which only has 34 percent womyn. and i am on debate team which is like 12 percent womyn. so i am always around a bunch of bros/patties bein rly rly unpleasant to me. but sometimes patties/bbros are also really nice to me...maybe they think im hot...i rly hope so yall. i dunno, sometimes its like there is a glass ceiling or somethin and i cant break it.



this is my sister sayin 'increase the peace.' i'm just glad she doesnt know how difficult life really is yet.

Hey patties,

Thanx to everyone who supported my decision to start a “blog.” I figured it is almost 2009 and I am not a part of the ‘blogosphere’ yet which is a cripplin problem for me cuz I am kind of a head of the curve mostly. Sometimes also my thoughts are too conceptual…and I didn’t like the idea of a conceptual blog. But I feel like there r too many pressin issues that I need to raise because I “get it” u know? There are so many questions that need answers…problems that need solutions…
